Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting into our mobile messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This service is operated by Retirement Planners of America and is designed to provide you with updates, alerts, offers, and other relevant communications via SMS or MMS messages.
Program Description
RPOA Alerts is our mobile messaging service allows users to receive SMS or MMS messages by affirmatively opting in, by submitting any of our online forms with a valid mobile number and checking the “Sign up for SMS Updates” checkbox or by texting “Retire” to 81583. Messages may include promotions, service updates, event notifications, or other information related to your relationship with us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us. You may receive recurring messages based on your activity and preferences.
Cost and Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for applicable text messaging fees. Retirement Planners of America is not responsible for any charges incurred from use of the mobile messaging service.
User Opt-In
Web Opt-In: Fill out our SMS Opt-In Webform https://www.rpoa.com/sms-opt-in/. Be sure to provide a valid mobile number and check the “Sign Up for SMS Updates” box.
Keyword Opt-In: Text “Retire” to 81583.
By providing your mobile number and opting into our messaging program, you are expressly consenting to receive SMS or MMS messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, I authorize the seller to deliver marketing messages using an automatic telephone dialing system and I understand that I am not required to opt in as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
User Opt-Out
You may opt out of the program at any time by texting “STOP” to 81583. You may also text “HELP” to 81583 for assistance. Upon receiving a STOP request, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in.

Participating Centers
Our messaging service is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, MetroPCS and others. However, the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes
